We advised Systems Applications Products Limited (SAP), a multinational ICT firm, on the provision of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to the Central Bank of Nigeria. We have advised on several eGovernment initiatives of the Federal Government in Nigeria including ePassport and eNYSC. Our team also advised the Nigerian Cybercrime Working Group (NCWG) an inter-ministerial body established by the Nigerian Federal Government, on the legal and institutional framework for battling cybercrime and cybersecurity in Nigeria, which culminated in the passage of the Cybercrime (Prohibition, Prevention etc) Act 2015.
