Our Capital Projects and Infrastructure Practice Group have advised on several projects including the 700MW Zungeru Hydroelectric Power Project. We also provided start-up legal and regulatory advisory services on the first phase of the 2400MW Mambilla Hydroelectric Power Plant Project. We acted as legal advisers to an international consortium led by Actis Capital on a US$350Million real estate development transaction in Nigeria. MATRIX also acted as legal advisors on the multi-million Dollar Lagos Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Project under a Private-Public Sector Joint Venture set up by the Lagos State Government.
