Our team also advised on the US$4Billion cross-border merger of PwC Consulting with I.B.M. to form I.B.M. Business Consulting Services, the securitisation of multi-million-dollar ship finance and were advisors to an international consortium led by Actis Capital on a US$350Million real estate development transaction in Nigeria.
