MATRIX recently represented a multinational entity before an Arbitral panel seeking to establish liability for economic tort of interference by inducement on the part of the multinational Respondents and a c.US$500m claim in damages;
As a result of keenly contested series of cross-jurisdictional court actions, and arbitration proceedings spanning France, the United Kingdom, the USA, China and Nigeria, MATRIX recently received a settlement of c.US$19million in favour of its Client;
In a similar vein, in March 2018 we had a Judgment for the recovery c.$33million affirmed in favour of our Clients;
We also recently successfully concluded an arbitration claim valued at US$82Million.
