• The Multi-million USD Breach-of-Contract Claim in the UK & Nigerian Courts by the Zungeru Dam Construction Consortium against the Federal Government of Nigeria & China Exim Bank resulting in the Award & payment of $19Million+ (Lead Counsel)
• The Multi-million USD Breach-of-Contract Claim in International Commercial Arbitration under the ICC & LCIA Rules resulting in a $15Million+ Award & enforcement of Award in the USA under the New York Convention by the Solgas Consortium against the Federal Government of Nigeria (Lead Counsel)
• The £4Billion+ Sale of Business of PWC Consulting to IBM (Lead Counsel; Matrix -Solicitors were Country Solicitors for PWC)
